Poor quality construction in the room. Trim was falling off the walls. The tub was stained (vinegar and baking soda would clean that). The furniture was stained, floors were sticky and the mattress was lumpy. Nothing good to say.

The Desk Clerk Ramani was courteous and very helpful.
While it was possible to purchase a breakfast it was disappointing that a courtesy breakfast was not provided.

Ordered a room with two queen beds. They gave us a room with one king and an uncomfortable sofa bed.
We should get what we paid for. Was no discount applied.

Perfect location, excellent staff who were professional, welcoming and so helpful throughout my stay. From check in to check out, I was treated exceptionally well. Comfortable bed and perfect environment throughout the hotel. Highly recommended.

He inhouse snack option is fairly expensive. For the same cost or less a better option is to go to a traditional breakfast or other restaurant. That's what we did.
Otherwise quite satisfied with our stay.

Good stay overall. I really appreciate the floors not being all carpeted, I feel like I can see better if its not clean. Bed was comfy and the split bathroom area was very useful for 2 women that needed different areas at the same time to get dressed for an event. One negative was that our toilet would continue to run and not flush a second time unless you manually adjusted the lever other than that it was a modern and clean room that had all we needed.
